CHS students learn about parenting with RealCare babies Click on headline for story with photo By Calen McKinney, Public Information Officer Campbellsville Independent School District Campbellsville High School students are learning about parenting - with babies who need to be changed, fed and held. Students in Deanna Campbell's life essentials classes are using RealCare baby simulators to learn what it's like to be parents. The babies - which come with birth certificates - simulate what it might actually be like to take care of a baby at all times. An electronic simulator inside the baby holds students responsible for taking care of the child, and measure how well the baby is cared for. Students are being taught what parents need to take care of their children. They take care of the babies during class, and some students are taking them home for a night.
