Millerfield BIC, Preston Rowe, Fry Baptist win Parade 1st places Top winners in 2015 Christmas in Columbia Parade Under the Lights, with Theme "What Christ Means to Me" From Brenda Mann, President, C/AC Chamber of Commerce First place prizes in tonight's Christmas in Columbia were Millerfield Brethren in Christ Church, Preston Rowe, and Fry Baptist Church. The Millerfield BIC won $250 in the Adair County Float Division. Second place, a $150 prize, was won by Pickett's Chapel UMC/Tarter's Chapel UMC; and third place, $75 was won by Trinity United Methodist Church. Preston Rowe won $75 in the Non-Float Division, Adair County. Kathy Keith was the second place winner in the division and took home a $50 prize.
