Everett E. Long, 75, formerly of Adair County, died Thursday, December 3, 2015 in Leitchfield, KY.

Cremation has been chosen and a memorial service will be held later.

Everett E. Long, 75, Adair Co., KY (1940-2015)

He was born November 15, 1940, in Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late James and Cecil Bault Long. He died Thursday, December 3, 2015, at the age of 75 years and 18 days.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister; Felix, Earl and Elby Long and Lucille Young.

He was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include:
  • Two sons: Jeff & Jason Long both of Louisville, KY

  • One daughter: Jennifer Wallace of Leitchfield, KY

  • One brother: Morgan (Diana) Long of Columbia, KY
Three sisters: Katheline Thompson of Knifley, KY; Alma (Charles) Green of Columbia, KY; and Elaine (Joe) Clark of Leitchfield, KY.<>BR>
