Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 2 Dec 2015

Indictments brought against 6 individuals from Green, Taylor, Jefferson and Scott counties, for crimes including assault, criminal mischief, burglary, possession of controlled substances, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 2 Dec 2015:


  • Jason B. Veach (07/09/1973), Liletown Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-51. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Troy Curry (05/17/1981), Lyon St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-49. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT all other $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • John Barry Rucker (01/27/1977), Hillcrest Dr., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-52. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - False statements to obtain increase of benefit over $100. Bond set at $5,000/10%.

  • Shelbie Rowland (03/30/1991), Nuttingham Park, Louisville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-53-003. Charged with 17 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 1st degree. Counts 2-4 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Counts 5-6 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 7 - TBUT all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 8 - Possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified. Counts 9-14 - Criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Count 15 - Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Count 16 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 17 - Prescription controlled substance not in proper container, 1st offense. Bond set at $15,000/10%, no contact with victims/premises, MCR@PTS weekly, random drug tests weekly.

  • James Fulks (03/30/1991), Spring Meadow Circle, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-53-002. Charged with 14 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 1st degree. Counts 2-4 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Counts 5-6 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 7 - TBUT all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 8 - Possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified. Counts 9-14 - Criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Bond set at $10,000 cash, no contact with victim/premises, MCR@PTS weekly, random drug tests weekly.

  • Terry Thomas (11/09/1987), Agenda Rd., Georgetown, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-53-001. Charged with 13 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 1st degree. Counts 2-4 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Counts 5-6 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 7 - TBUT all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Counts 8-13 - Criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Bond set at $10,000 cash, no contact with victim/premises, MCR@PTS weekly, random drug test weekly.
