Henderson Co. Man Charged with Drug and Alcohol Offenses By TFC. Billy Gregory Kentucky State Police Post 15 25-year-old Jackson S. Daughtery, of Henderson KY, was arrested on Tuesday, December 1st at approximately 8:49 PM CST on Water Works Street in the limits of Columbia, Kentucky. Daughtery was charged with Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree, Operating a Vehicle with Expired Operator's License, Possession of Marijuana, DUI 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Notify Address Change to Dept. of Transportation. Tpr. Levi Scott is investigating. Issuance of warrants and/or arrests are not findings of guilt.
