State light shields could spare need for cow blinders Robert Cumming writes: My friend Steve Lawhorn who lives in Russell Springs along side the brand new westbound Cumberland Parkway-US 127 exit said the state highway department agreed to put light shields on portions of the bulb clusters on those hundred foot tall interchange light poles next to his house.
