Alton David Crockett, 48, of Louisville, KY died at 7:35pmET, Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in Louisville.

Funeral services will be at 1pmCT/2pmET, Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, conducted by Pastor Mike Brown. Burial will be in Chappell Cemetery in Adair County, Kentucky. Visitation will be after 8amCT/9amET, Sunday, at the funeral home.

He was born March 13, 1967 in Green County, KY. He died November 10, 2015, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 48 years, seven months, and 28 days.

He professed faith in Christ and attended Primitive Baptist Church.

He was an employee of Essex Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Alton David was referred to by many of his co-workers and friends as a gentle person and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

He is survived by the following:
  • Three daughters: Charlissa Harndon, Jessica Harndon and Elizabeth Harndon of Shelbyville, KY

  • His mother: Alma J. Crockett of Jenkins, KY

  • One granddaughter: Emma Grace Harndon of Shelbyville, KY

  • One sister and brother-in-law: Paula and Michael Elswick of Jenkins, KY

  • One nephew: Michael Gabriel Elswick of Jenkins, KY

  • and many other relatives and friends
