She was the daughter of the late Joe and Inis Estes Phillips, and the wife of James "Jim" Fisher, who survives. She was a member of a large, respected Adair County family. She leaves 15 direct and two step living descendants

Patricia Ann "Trish" Phillips Fisher, 59, of Fairdale, Kentucky, formerly of Adair County, died Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 2:58pmET, at her home after an illness.

Funeral service will be Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 1pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 4pmCT, Saturday, November 14, 2015.



Casket Bearers: Glen Fisher, Josh Fisher, Glen Heavrin, Richard Burris, Josh Phillips, and Jeff Ford.

Honorary: Matthew Irvin, Daniel Lawhorn, Wesley Burris, Brandon Phillips, Joey Bryant, Hayden Phillips, and Shawn Phillips.

Patricia Ann "Trish" Phillips Fisher, Adair Co., KY (1956-2015)

She was born August 5, 1956. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Inis Estes Phillips. She died Wednesday, November 11, 2015, in Fairdale, KY, at the age of 59 years, three months, and six days.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Danny Jr. Foster and a brother, Billy Phillips.

Survivors include:
  • Her husband: James "Jim" Fisher of Fairdale, KY

  • Two daughters: Tralisa Foster & Sabrina Ford both of Columbia, KY

  • Two step-sons: John & Glen Fisher both of Fairdale, KY

  • Eight brothers: Danny (Evelyn) Phillips of Murray, Bobby (Treva) Phillips, Darrell "Tom"(Twila) Phillips, Jim (Helen) Phillips, Terry (Sherry) Phillips, Steve "ToJo" (Stephanie) Phillips all of Columbia, KY; Larry "Homer" Phillips of Russell Springs, KY; and David (Terrie) Lawhorn of Greensburg, KY

  • Five sisters: Diane Ford, Sherry Phillips, Marsha Ann Rowe all of Columbia, Betty (Richard) Burris of Greensburg, KY; Janice McCuiston of Murray, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • Six step-grandchildren

  • Two great grandchildren

  • Special friends: Jeanette Gough & Pamela Taylor

  • Her special "fur baby" Tico
