There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Urban on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 11amCT/12pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718. The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 9amCT/10amET, Thursday, November 12, 2015, until time of service. In following with Mr. Urban's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded him after the services. Mr. George Wm.
