A Tribute to Dwight Meyer By Lewis Garrison Dwight worked for Garrison Construction Co. close to 30 years. He was very knowledgeable about all phases of the Construction Industry such as site work and bridge building. He rode many miles with me looking at jobs, evaluating the challenges of those jobs and offering workable solutions. He was a very capable engineer.
