Roger Lee Smith, 62, Russell County, KY (1953-2015) 
He was a native of Somerset, KY, and a resident of Park City, KY at the time of his death. He was a 1971 graduate of Russell County High School, the 28th of that class to pass on. He was the son of the late Harley Smith and Beatrice Mae King Smith, who survives, as does his wife, Loretta Sue Hamm Smith.
