Alpha Rader-Shoopman-Kickliter, Casey Co., KY (1925-2015)  She was a "Rosie the Riveter" during WWII. She was an accomplished self-taught painter and homemaker. Alpha enjoyed sewing, canning and cooking for her family. She was a native of Casey County, KY, and a resident of Lincoln County, KY, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Oscar S. and Berrilla Roberts Rader.
