She was a native of Knott County, KY, and a resident of Taylor County, KY, at the time of her death. Her final resting place will be at Callahan Cemetery in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Kanowha Ritchie and Margie Everage Ritchie. Her husand, Dewey Lesley, survives. She leaves four direct living descendants. She professed faith in Christ and was of the Christian Faith. She was homemaker.

Cathy Faye Lesley, 54 of Campbellsville, KY, died at 6amET, Saturday, October 24, 2015 in Campbellsville, KY.

The funeral service will be at 12pmCT/1pmET, Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will be in the Callahan Cemetery, Feathersburg, Adair County, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday, October 26, 2015 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.

Cathy Faye Lesley of Campbellsville, KY was the daughter of the late, Kanowha Ritchie and Margie Everage Ritchie. She was born July 23, 1961 in Knott County, Kentucky. She died Saturday, October 24, 2015, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 54 years, three months, and one day.

She professed faith in Christ and was of the Christian Faith.

She was homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Dewey Lesley, and the following:
  • One daughter, Amanda Skaggs and husband, Brandon, Campbellsville, KY

  • Three grandsons: Jacob, Manny and Frankie Skaggs, Campbellsville, KY

  • Two sisters: Diane Amburgey and husband, Johnny and Janie Ritchie of Campbellsville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Ritchie October 18, 2013.
