Traffic Advisory: Bluegrass Pkwy. closed near Nelson-Hardin county line By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY Elizabethtown, KY - (8:30amCT, Wed 21 Oct 2015) Bluegrass Parkway Westbound is closed near the Nelson Hardin County Line due to a possible bridge deck issue. KYTC Bridge Crews are inspecting the location. Media and the general public should be aware preliminary descriptions indicate this is not a structural integrity issue. Motorists must use Exit 10 and proceed to US 62 and continue West toward Elizabethtown. The duration of the closure is unknown at this time.
