Taylor County, KY escapees located, arrested without incident Previous Story: Escapees flee in stolen Taylor Detention Center Crown Vic From Taylor County Sheriff Office, Allen Newton, Sheriff Two inmates that escaped last week from a Taylor County Detention Center work detail have been captured. Joshua A. Gill and Michael Tetreault were arrested earlier this date by Kentucky State Police in Hazard, Kentucky. Subjects were arrested without incident.
