ACS0 makes marijuana arrest at residence on R. Loy road

From Adair County Sheriff's Office

On Wednesday, October 14, 2015, 50 year old Joseph Mattingly Jr. of Columbia was arrested by the Adair County Sheriff's Office.

After a thorough investigation, a search warrant was retrieved and served at Mattingly's residence on R. Loy Road.

During the search, several items used in the cultivation of marijuana were located and sized.



Also seized was a large quantity of marijuana, numerous heat lamps and an ATV.

Mattingly was arrested by Deputy Aaron Rainwater and lodged in the Adair Regional Jail on charges of cultivating marijuana 5 plants or more, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.

Deputy Rainwater was assisted on scene by Deputy Brandon Hitch, Deputy Durbin and Sheriff Harrison Moss.
