The 2015 Adair County High School Governors Scholars and Rogers Scholars will be the guest speakers at the Tuesday, October 13, 2015, 11:45amCT luncheon meeting of the Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce at Cranmer Dining Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY.



The ACHS 2015 Governor's Scholars are Rebecca Montgomery and Katrina Rogers. The Governor's Scholars Program strives to enhance Kentucky's next generation of civic and economic leaders. Established in 1983, the program provides academic and personal growth through the balance of a strong liberal arts program with a full co-curricular and residential life experience.

The ACHS 2015 Rogers Scholars are Nathaniel Franklin and Cole Schmidt. Rogers Scholars - The Center for Rural Development’s flagship youth program - provides leadership and college scholarship opportunities to help upcoming high school juniors in Southern and Eastern Kentucky develop the skills they need to seize their potential as the region’s next generation of business and entrepreneurial leaders.
