Pat Hare, 73, Adair County, KY (1941-2015)

She was a member of a highly respected Adair County, KY family. She was the daughter of the late Owen and Lillie Wooldridge Wright. Her husband, Joe Hare, survives. She leaves seven direct and six step living descendants. Pat was a retired medical secretary, a member of Shiloh Christian Church, VFW Post 6097 Auxiliary and the Patriot Guard Riders.
Pat Hare, 73, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 11amCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 5pmCT, Tuesday, October 6, 2015.



Casket Bearers: Brian Alexander, Eric Hare, Elliot Hare, Wesley Melson, Darren Bradshaw, Jake Hadley.

Patricia Hare, 73, Adair County, KY (1941-2015)

She was born Wednesday, October 23, 1941, in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Owen and Lillie Wooldridge Wright. She died Sunday, October 4, 2015, at the age of 73 years, 11 months, and 11 days.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Brock, a brother, Owen Edward Wright and a step-son, Craig Hare.

Survivors include:
  • Her husband: Joe Hare of Columbia, KY

  • Three daughters: Cindi Alexander and Cathy Akin both of Columbia, Susan (Joe) Lillis of Richmond, KY

  • One step-son: Eric (Charlotte) Hare of Columbia, KY

  • One sister: Joyce (Bradley) Bradshaw of Glensfork, KY

  • Four grandchildren – Brian (Mindy) Alexander, Shauna Akin, Lindsey and Kalee Roberts, KY

  • One step-grandchild: Elliot Hare, KY

  • Two great-grandchildren: Aiden and Axton Hadley, KY

  • Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends , KY
Pat was a retired medical secretary, a member of Shiloh Christian Church, VFW Post 6097 Auxiliary and the Patriot Guard Riders.
