She was a native of Metcalfe County, KY, and a resident of Adair County, KY, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Dennis and Lizzie Corbin Price, and the widow of Dee Sinclair. She leaves five direct living descendants.

Flossie Demple Sinclair, 86, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 5:20pmCT, at Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center, Columbia, KY.

Funeral service will be Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Bobby Withers officiating. Burial in Bearwallow Cemetery. Visitation after 5pmCT, Friday, September 25, 2015, at the funeral home.


Casket Bearers: Bradley McClister, James McClister, Jerry McClister, Ronnie Burton, Jr., Buddy Karnes, and Billy Karnes.

Honorary casket bearer: Shawn Sinclair.

She was born June 27, 1929, in Metcalfe County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Dennis and Lizzie Corbin Price. She died Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 5:20pmCT, in Columbia, Adair County, KY. at the age of 86 years, two months, and 26 days.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dee Sinclair in 1995; one son, Roger Sinclair; one brother, Jake Price; and two sisters, Dorothy Karnes & Pearl McClister.

Survivors include:
  • One daughter: Twila (Darrell) Phillips of Columbia, KY

  • Two sons: Jack (Cindy) Sinclair of Columbia, KY; Terry (Tammy) Sinclair of Russell Springs, KY

  • One grandson: Shawn Sinclair

  • Several other relatives and friends
