By Jennifer Carter Office Manager, Columbia/Adair Utilities District Mr. Waggener: Columbia/Adair Utilities District has crews out flushing lines to combat the odor and taste problems some customers are experiencing. The Water Plant has noticed the problem which we experience every spring and fall with the Lake turning over. They are also working on the problem. Anyone that has problems with odor and taste should first contact our office so we can have someone flush the lines in their area. We are located at 109 Grant Lane, Columbia, KY, and can be contacted by phone at 270-384-2181.
