Carl Jay Woolum, 57, of Columbia, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at his residence in Columbia, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be on Saturday September 26, 2015 at 2pmCT, at Concord Church with visitation after 1pmCT on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Concord Church.

Carl Woolum, Columbia, KY (1957-2015)

Carl Jay Woolum, was born in Columbia, Adair County, KY on Wednesday, September 25, 1957. He was the son of the late Carl Woolum and Ada L. Miller Jones. passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the age of 57 years, 11 months, and 23 days.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Roy E. Jones; sister Lela Kay Jones, and brother Mark Jones.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Woolum, and a brother, Matt Jones, Jamestown, KY.
