Ben Arnold will continue legal action to oppose the Mayoral election appeal

Says the the law and the facts support Judge Vance's decision
Ben Arnold writes:
I wanted to let the community know that I will continue legal action to oppose the Mayoral election Appeal. I have multiple reasons to do so: The law and the facts support Judge Vance's decision; I must honor the support of many who want change; Allowing the feasance of this election to stand would imply this is good enough for our Community; stopping now might embolden the BD of Election keeping the status quo; and I believe we will restore the original ruling I want us all to say not here, no more, we can do better. Having read the Opinions of the Appeals Judges, it is clear where we can better present our facts and I will insure this happens at the next level. Facts are stubborn things, but they require a clear presentation. Until I have new facts or a different understanding, I will continue.
