Letter: forgiveness explored further Rickie Williams writes: To the folks appealing to the Pope asking for forgiveness, please read your Bible. The Pope is no better than any other human walking the face of this globe and salvation is NOT obtained through the Pope. Speaking of Jesus Christ, Acts 4:12 states... "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." I Timothy 2:5 states.."For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." Respectfully submitted, Rickie Williams --Rickie Williams Comments re article 77515 Two Questions in an open letter to the Pope Rickie, thank you for adding your perspective and keeping the conversation going! -- LW This story was posted on 2015-09-07 23:44:22
