Betty Jo Sparkman age 77 of Edmonton died Monday, August 24, 2015 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital, Glasgow, KY.

Memorial services will be held 7pmCT, Friday, August 28, 2015, at Faith Independent Church with visitation starting at 5pmCT, at the church until time of the funeral.



She was the daughter of the late Jeff and Polly Day Nantz. She was a homemaker and attended the Faith Independent Baptist Church in Edmonton, KY.

She is survived by the following:
  • Two sons: Tim Pace of Pineville, North Carolina and Michael Pace of Glasgow, KY

  • Two daughters: Teresa Jaggers of Louisville, KY and Lisa Campbell of Lexington, KY

  • One sister: Barbara Shaw of Maryland

  • Ten grandchildren. Mark Jaggers Jr. of Louisville, KY; Jamie Jaggers of Louisville, KY; Jesse Campbell of Lexington, KY; Monica Campbell of London, KY, Erin Peabody of Maryville, TN., Michael Pace Jr., Thomas Pace, Jeffrey Pace, Angela Pace and Shanna Pace all of Ohio.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a son Samuel Adams Sparkman and eleven brothers and sisters.

Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY in charge of construction.
