U.S. Veteran David James Morgan passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at his home in Middleburg, KY. He was 57.

Cremation rites were honored by McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

David James Morgan, 57, Casey County, KY (1958-2015)

Born July 4, 1958 in Kenosha, Kenosha County, WI. He was the son of Dorothy Brown Morgan Coffey and the late James Morgan. He died Friday, August 21, 2015, in Middleburg, Casey County, KY, at the age of 57 years, one month, and 17 days.

Survivors include his wife, Myra Morgan of Middleburg, KY, and the following:
  • His mother, Dorothy (and Harold) Coffey of Ohio

  • Two sons: Brian Morgan and Brandon Oswald both of Ohio

  • Four daughters: Hannah Morgan, Mariah Morgan, and Jessica Sargent all of Lebanon, KY; and Natasha Devine of Harrodsburg, KY

  • Two sisters: Rebecca Morgan of Ohio and Deanna Huntley of Iowa

  • Ten grandchildren
