Mrs. Adean Ward Milby, age 78, of Greensburg, KY, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015, at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, KY.

The funeral services for Mrs. Adean Ward Milby will conducted at 10amCT, Wednesday, August 5, 2015, with burial in the Wilson Cemetery. Visitation will from 2pmCT until 8pmCT Tuesday, August 4, 2015, and after 7amCT Wednesday at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home.


Mrs. Adean Ward Milby, 78, Green County, KY (1937-2015)


She was born Monday, February 1, 1937. She died Sunday, August 2, 2015, at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, Green County, KY at the age of 78 years, six months, and one day.

She is survived by the following:
  • Her son & daughter-in-law: David P. & Abby Milby of Summersville, K

  • Two sisters: Ola Mae McCarol of Greensburg, KY; and Vernedith Perish of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Jonathan Milby and his wife, Casey and April Milby and her fiance' Josh Riggle, all of Summersville, KY

  • A future Great-grandchild: Gertie Lee Milby.

  • A nephew: Roy Douglas McCarol and his wife, Pam of Greensburg, KY

  • A great-nephew: Steven McCarol of Greensburg, KY

The family has requested that memorial donations be to the Brush Creek Baptist Church, Gideon Bible Fund, or the Wilson Cemetery Fund. These can be made at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home.
