Thomas W. Polston, 58, passed away on July 18, 2015 at Town Creek Branch in Jametown, KY.

Thomas was born in Albany, KY February 10, 1957. He was a son of the late Emma (Mills) and Tommy Robert Polston. He died at Town Branch Creek, Jamestown, Russell County, KY, Saturday, July 18, 2015, at the age of 58 years, five months, and eight days.

Thomas was a factory worker.

He is survived by:
  • A brother: Phillip (Sarah) Polston, of Jamestown, KY

  • An aunt

  • Several cousins

  • and many friends
