Laura Ruth Lawson, Casey County, KY (1945-2015) Born Monday, February 5, 1945 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lucy Copley Hoskins. She died Monday, July 20, 2015, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 70 years, five months, and 15 days. She was a custodian and nurse. She was a member of the Trace Fork Separate Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Woodrum; three brothers, Carl, Morris and Allen Hoskins; and three sisters, Dorothy Long, Lillian Morgan, and Genova Kay Hoskins. Survivors include her second husband, Cecil Lawson of Campbellsville, KY, and the following:
