Funeral service, Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson and Larry Franklin officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Street, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 9amCT, Saturday, July 18, 2015.



Scottie Hadley, Adair County, KY (1940-2015)

He was born Monday, February 12, 1940, in Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Maurice Hadley and the late Ella Hazel Petty Hadley Bunch. He died Thursday, July 16, 2015, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 75 years, five months, and four days.

He was preceded in death by his father, Maurice Hadley and his mother and step-father, Ella Hazel Petty Bunch and Cosby Bunch.

He was a C.B. radio enthusiast, known as the "The Dough Boy", enjoyed fishing and being on the boat and was retired from Heinemann's Bakery.

Survivors include:
  • One son: John (Bonnie) Hadley of Columbia, KY

  • Two daughters: Carol Fine of Vernon Hills, IL, Lisa (Ken) Baar of Lockport, IL

  • Two grandchildren: Erin Fine of Vernon Hills, IL; Francisco Macedo of Lockport, IL

  • Several other relatives and friends
