James Stanley Capps, 90, Summer Shade, KY (1925-2015) He had retired from Louisville Water Co. and was of the Methodist faith.He was a native of Cumberland County, KY, and a resident of Metcalfe County, KY, at the time of his death. He was the patriarch of a large, highly regarded family. He was the son of the late Jim and Florence Riley Capps and the husband of Ruth Smith Capps, who survives.
