Visitation will be at 5pmCT, Friday, June 26, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, and after 9amCT, Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the LaFavers Cemetery. Special Music by Larry Polston. Honorary Pallbearer: Russell Johnson. Active Pallbearers: David Tompkins, Jr., Charles Floyd, Lowell Gene Roy, Dewayne Wilson, Chris Ford, and Eric Boyd, Sylvia Mae Tompkins, 97, Nancy, KY (1917-2015) She was born September 25, 1917 in Russell County, KY, to the late Benjamin Harrison & Loretta Belle Polston LaFavers. She died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 97 years, eight months, and 29 days. She was a homemaker.
