Thanks, Mike Ellis: - "The Contact That Be," on this project tells CM that the lane turning lane is likely at some future date, but isn't in the cards for now. Maybe though, a "Go Ahead on Yellow" light, a variation of the KY Highway Department's overwhelmingly successful innovation at Jamestown Street and Russell Road, might be obtainable. Keep up the good lobbying. -EW
