Her husband, David Luttrell, also survives. She leaves one direct living descendant, a son, Craig Luttrell. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Life Tabernacle.

Teresa Lea Luttrell passed away Monday, June 8, 2015 at her home in Casey County, KY. She was 41.

Funeral services are 1pmCT/2pmET, Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the New Life Tabernacle in Casey County, KY. Teresa will be laid to rest in Bowmer Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday at the church from 10amCT/11amET, until funeral service.

Born Tuesday July 17, 1973 in Madison, Jefferon Co., IN, she was the daughter of Curtis and Shirley Jean Fisher Breeden of Liberty, KY. She died Monday, June 8, 2015, in Casey County, KY, at the age of 41 years, 10 months, and 22 days.

She was a homemaker and a member of the New Life Tabernacle. In addition to her parents, she is survived by the following:
  • Her husband: David Luttrell of Liberty, KY

  • A son: Craig Luttrell at home

  • Three sisters: Carolyn Ann (Lea) Culver of Dayton, Ohio; Kimberly (and Kenneth) Crew of Liberty, KY; and Terri Lynn (and Mike) Tibbs of Dayton, Ohio

  • Father-in-law: James Luttrell of Liberty, KY

  • Mother-in-law: Jeannie Chambers of Bentonville, Arkansas
