She died Thursday, June 4, 2015 in Greensburg, Green County, KY, at the age of 82 years, nine months, and one day. She professed faith in Christ at a young age and was of the Baptist faith. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after forty-five years of service. She united in marriage to James Lee Edelen January 14, 1955. He preceded her in death February 4, 1995. She is survived by the following:
