By Melissa Ellis

On Saturday, June 6, 2015, The Mustard Seed Country Store, 17165 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY will host the second annual Mustard Seed Stampede 5K Fun Run/Walk. The race will begin at 8am CST/9am EST in the parking lot of the store located on Highway 206, 17 miles outside Columbia. The race course includes Pellyton East Road and Drake Road, which will be closed for the duration of the race (approximately one hour). The proceeds from this year's run will be donated to the Gleeman family to help with medical expenses for their 13 years old daughter, Leah, who had a liver transplant in April. Local crafters will be set up with original antler jewelry, hair accessories, and primitives. All are welcome for a fun morning, great run, and good fellowship. Entry fee $20 to run, $15 to walk. Call 270-384-9562 for additional info.
