Visitation began at 9amCT, Wednesday, May 20, and continued until time of services. Johnie Isac Hurt, 59, Summer Shade KY (1956-2015) Born February 25, 1956 in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, he was a son of the late Johnie and Clora Wheat Hurt. He died Monday, May 18, 2015, in Summer Shade, KY, at the age of 59 years, two months, and 23 days. He was the husband of Robin Prater Hurt, who survives. They were married September 23, 1972.
