2 arrested, jailed in separate driving incidents in Marion Co., KY

One lodged in Marion Detention Center, Friday, on charge of operating a 1999 Dodge Truck on suspended license; second also jailed on charges including DUI second offense on Saturday. Trooper Adam Mattingly investigating both cases

LEBANON, KY – At 10:45pmET on Friday, May 8, 2015, 24-year-old Jacob Hite, of Lebanon, KY, was arrested on KY 84, 5 miles west of Lebanon, KY. Hite was operating a 1999 Dodge truck and was charged with Driving on a suspended license. He was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center, Lebanon, KY. Tpr. Adam Mattingly is investigating.



Also in Marion County, At 10:19pmET, on Saturday, May 9, 2015, 36-year-old Alvin Epps, of Springfield, KY, was arrested on KY 55, 2 miles north of Lebanon. Epps was operating a 1999 Pontiac and was charged with Speeding 26 MPH over, Driving DUI Suspended License, Failure to Produce Insurance Card and DUI 2nd Offense. He was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center. Tpr. Adam Mattingly is investigating.
