There will not be a funeral ceremony for Kimberly but a visitation will be held at 10am-12pmCT Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY.

She was born Wednesday, October 9, 1974 in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of Michael Ray & Beatrice Smith West. She died Monday, May 4, 2015, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 40 years, six months, and 25 days.
She was a nurse.
