Has lead on dog taken to pound on 4 May 2015 Vicki Brock Miller writes: I believe this dog belongs to a Lindsay student. He's been visiting at my house on Wall Street. several days this past week. A young man from LWC walks his dog in my neighborhood and we were talking and I mentioned this dog and he said it belongs to a guy that lives with him. I don't know where they live.
