Russell County teen driver charged with DUI By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY JAMESTOWN, KY - 19-year-old Jared Polston, of Jamestown, KY, was arrested Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 9:02pmCT, 4 miles south of Russell Springs, on KY 379. Polston was charged with Speeding, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Failure to Notify DOT of Address Change, Rear License Not Illuminated, Improper Equipment and DUI 1st Offense.
