Charlotte Lou Noe passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at her home in Liberty, KY. She was 65.

Graveside services are 10am/11amET, Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Scott Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. There will be no visitation.

Charlotte Lou Noe, Casey County, KY (1949-2015)

Born Saturday, December 3, 1949 in Boyle County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Hill Coffman. She died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 65 years, four months, and 26 days.

Survivors include the following:
  • A daughter: Melissa (and Rodney) Padgett of Liberty, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Austin Noe and Kayla Evans

  • Two great-grandchildren: Haley and Mason Evans

  • And brother: David Taylor of Liberty, KY
