Ralph Waggener: I'll be sure to attend Town Meeting! Ralph Roy Waggener writes If we have a Town Hall Meeting that would be something I would attend for sure. We all would be able to speak I understand, not like a city council meeting where only the council and mayor has the right to speak unless you have made arrangements to have the floor and speak on your subject only.Thanks. If a Town Hall meeting does happen, as suggested by Sally Kemp and which CJE Mike Stephens has endorsed and offered to moderate, it would be up to the organizers to set the rules. Your request appears reasonable. One thing: When the Citizens Comments segment occurs at City Council, one just shows up and says their piece. Not sure of the time limit. - EW This story was posted on 2015-04-29 09:54:45
