On Friday, April 17, 2015, the Tebb's Bend Bridge over the Green River in Taylor County, KY, was lifted from its piers, set in the Green River, then drug up the bank for preparation to transport to its new location over the river in a new location on the Tebb's Bend Nature & Recreation area. The three photo album shows steps in the removal.

Crane lifts Tebb's Bend Bridge for transport to new location

A crane lifted the old Tebbs Bend Bridge and drug it out of the Green River to get it ready for transport to a new location on the Tebbs Bend Nature and Recreation Area, adjoining the Homeplace on Green River.
