Johnnie W. Price, 81, Taylor Co., KY (1934-2015) ![]() Johnnie W. Price of Campbellsville, the son of the late Henry Woodrow Price and Mary Elizabeth Edwards Price, was born March 21, 1934, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 9:39 A.M., Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in Campbellsville, KY at the age of 81. Visitation will be held from 5pm-8pmET, Friday, April 17, 2015 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY. The funeral service will be at 1pmCT/2pmET, Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. Rev. Mark Price and Rev. Robert Morris will officiate. Burial will be in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Mr. Price professed faith in Christ and was a member of Early's Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a retired farmer and was president of the Taylor County Farm Bureau for twenty-nine years. He was a member of the Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Company Federation Board for ten years and also, served on several other boards. He was also Taylor County Extension Soil Conservationist of the Year. He united in marriage to Carolyn Miskell Thompson December 20, 1974.
