!!! Flood Warning !!! - From Adair Co. EMD Mike Keltner

There is an Area Flood Warning from 4/16/2015 8:57amCT/9:57amET to 3pmCT/4pmET for Adair County

At 8:55amCT ... National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated very heavy rainfall from repeated thunderstorms over the warned area. this rainfall is in addition to heavy rain that has occurred over the past several days.

Additional rainfall amounts of around 1 inch are possible in the warned area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely. Move to higher ground.
