Nicole Legg: Creelsboro memories her grandfather told her Comments re photo 59618 Creelsboro KY A ghost town lives on from Larry Smith By Nicole Legg My grandfather Tom Andrew, 85, is the youngest of 11 siblings in the Andrew family and the only one still living. He grew up just down the creek from the Rock House and is a second cousin to Milton Watson that was mentioned in Mr. Mike Watson's comments on the building. I asked him to tell me more about the building in the picture, as I have heard him tell about it in the past. As best as he could remember, here is the information he gave me. My grandfather's Uncle Will Andrew bought the building from Dot Clayton when it was a country store.Joe Andrew owned the building and the surrounding property until he died and then the building was auctioned off. - Nicole Legg This story was posted on 2015-04-11 03:45:44
