Roger D Smith thinks Russell Creek should be F&W project Maybe our streams could be addressed as a county program Roger D Smith DMD writes: Dear Ed: I fully agree that many of our streams are choking, filled in with debris, silt, or sand. I believe that the Department of Fish and Wildlife has a program to reclaim and redirect streams. Our local Comissioner is Barry Stotts.
