Gale Cowan, Adair Co., KY CFO, presides over State Conference

The Kentucky Association of County Treasurers and Finance Officers held it's 32nd Annual Conference in Bowling Green, Kentucky last week at the Holiday Inn and Sloan Convention Center. There were over 140 County Treasurers, Finance Officers, Judge Executives, Magistrates, and Commissioners took part in the three day training opportunity.

Adair County Finance Officer and K.A.C.T.F.O. President Gale Cowan presided over the conference which included participation from KACo, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Finance and Administration Cabinet, Department for Local Government, Kentucky Division of Emergency Management, Department of Corrections, and Kentucky Retirements Systems. - Holly Grimsley, Adair County Deputy Judge/Executive
