Funeral service for Marene Hadley will be 10amCT, Monday, March 23, 2015, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Barry Bradshaw and Bro. Charles Edwards officiating. Friends may call from 5pm-8pmCT Sunday, March 22, 2015, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Russell Springs City Cemetery. Pallbearers: Steve Rexroat, Charles Murrell, Burl Hadley, Chad Brown, Craig Leach, and Jefffery Smith. She was a former sales clerk at Pickett's Shoe Store and was a member of French Valley United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Velma Murrell and three brothers, Welby Popplewell, Orba Popplewell, amd Huey Popplewell. She is survived by her husband, J. D.
