He was a native of North Dakota and a resident of Kentucky at the time of his death. His wife, Brenda Henize Goldade, survives. He leaves five direct living descendants. He served in the United States Army for 9 years and was a member of the VFW.

Jerry Moritz Goldade passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 at his home in Perryville, KY. He was 68.

Cremation rites were honored by McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. A private service was held for Mr. Jerry Goldade.



Jerry Moritz Goldade, Perryville, KY (1946-2015)


Born October 30, 1946 in Fargo, North Dakota, he was the son of the late Willie and Rose Wald Goldade. He died Sunday, March 15, 2015, in Perryville, KY, at the age of 68 years, four months, and 16 days.
He served in the United States Army for 9 years and was a member of the VFW.

Survivors include the following:
  • His wife: Brenda Henize Goldade of Perryville, KY

  • A son: James R. (and Kira) Goldade of Liberty, KY

  • Four grandchildren

  • A brother: Johnny Goldade of Canton, Ohio

  • A sister: Dorothy Reak of Liberty, KY.

  • Numerous Nephews and nieces

  • Numerous great nephews and great-nieces, great-great-nephews and great-great-nieces from Ohio, North Dakota, and Kentucky
